WHAT

As explained in this month’s meeting, our Branch Secretary, Frederica Hale informed the general body that pursuant to the NAACP Annual National Elections procedures, we will conduct our selection of candidates for the 2019 National Board of Directors Elections.

WHEN

At our December 16, 2019 meeting, we will vote for not more than (1) Regional Member to the Board of Directors and not more than seven (7) At -large candidates.

HOW

We will vote as a collective which means that the entire branch will cast a single vote for respective candidates. In order to decide whom the branch will vote for, members who are present at the December meeting will be able to vote, and based on the majority vote, the Branch will vote accordingly.
