 Cheltenham School District presentation on culture & climate – “race & equity” collaboration project.

Montco Commissioners Candidates Forum 

The two-year project will be highlighted be three sets of PBS documentary series:

1) Many Rivers to Cross,

2) Black America after MLK and

3) Reconstruction; in which all showings will be followed by facilitated group dialogue discussions.

The overarching goal will be to ensure students gain a greater experiential learning environment that will elevate their thinking around civil rights and social justice.

Montco Commissioners Candidates Forum 

     Come see and meet the Democratic and Republican Montgomery County Commissioners The Candidate Forum is a great way to learn more about the candidates. 

The Cheltenham Superintendent, Dr. Wagner Marseille and his high school team, will be presenting for the Cheltenham NAACP community, a county wide student ambassador culture & climate – “race & equity” collaboration project. The emphasis of the presentation will be how the district will support and incorporate the four tenets of the NAACP’s  21st Century Education Game Changer policy objectives within their strategic plan to encourage students to articulate their voice to advocate for their self and others.
