MLK Day Panel Discussion on Mass Incarceration On January 20th we celebrate the incredible life, legacy, and contributions of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. NAACP staff, members, and supporters from across Cheltenham participated in a panel discussion exploring the topic of mass incarceration. The panel was moderated by criminal defense attorney Troy Wilson and included Angus Love, Director of the PA Institutional Law Project and Wayne Jacobs, Co-Founder of X-Offenders for Community Empowerment.
